If items are defective, they need to return within 7days with proof of damage. Below are the list of non-returnable Products.

  •      15- Days Returns: You have 15 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered
  •      Easy and Free Returns: You can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs inside the UAE.
  •      Full Refunds: If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
  •      For all Returns/ Refunds/ Exchange: products should be returned in its sealed and original packaging, Dari Home reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if products have been used or tampered with
  •      Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment



A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed

    •  Items on sale or on discount.
    •  Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
    •  Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period.
    •  Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.
    •  Items that were sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.
    •  Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside UAE and KSA].
    •  I changed my mind.
