WHAT WILL I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
If items are defective, they need to return within 7days with proof of damage. Below are the list of non-returnable Products.

RETURN/ REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
- 15- Days Returns: You have 15 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered
- Easy and Free Returns: You can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs inside the UAE.
- Full Refunds: If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
- For all Returns/ Refunds/ Exchange: products should be returned in its sealed and original packaging, Dari Home reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if products have been used or tampered with
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed
NON RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:
- Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
- Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or UPC label
- Products that fall under specific categories, including , Glassware, Cookware, Dinnerware, Cutleries, Stainless Steel products, Linens , Gift Cards, hygiene related and personal care products.
- Personalized items which you requested to be designed especially for you.
- Items on sale or on discount.
- Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
- Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period.
- Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.
- Items that were sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.
- Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside UAE and KSA].
